The Solutions
Remember the following guidelines:
1. When dining out, avoid dairy products and be sure to add some healthy fats to protect against the SVA in breads, sauces, and dressings.
2. Before, during, or after consuming products with SVA, consume extra fats, especially fats containing Oleic acid in the sn-2 position, such as olive oil, full-fat dairy products, sustainably sourced palm oil, cocoa butter, beef tallow, peanut, and expeller pressed canola oil.
3. If you find it difficult to control your food choices for more than a day or two, consider following a traditional Keto lifestyle (high fat, low carb, and moderate protein—not a low carb, high protein diet). This high-fat diet helps protect the sensory receptors from overreacting and becoming damaged, which can lead to seizures and other neuroinflammatory disorders.

Large-scale farming relies on Gibberellic Acid to:
-
Boost crop yield
-
Trigger seed germination
-
Enhance stem growth
-
Increase fruit size
-
Stimulate flowering
-
Minimize fruit drop
However, the use of Gibberellic Acid decreases the levels of Abscisic Acid and P-Coumaric Acid in our fruits and vegetables. This reduction diminishes their protective antioxidant effect, making us more susceptible to pesticides and toxins.-
When purchasing fruits, vegetables, grains, and grain products, it's best to opt for the following options:
-
Organic varities
-
Heritage varieties
-
Products from small local farms and producers
-
Growing your own produce
Gibberellic acid is permitted for use in organic farming in small amounts. If possible, try to avoid organic products from very large-scale industrial producers and instead look for smaller producers, grocers, and farm stands.
Exercise caution when consuming microbrewery beers and flour that contains malted barley. If you experience stuffiness or digestive discomfort after drinking or eating them, it's advisable to stop. This is because Gibberellic Acid is used in the malting process of barley.
We also recommend avoiding maltodextrin. It is often added to foods and supplements as a thickener, sweetener, or stabilizer.-
Consume the following, which are high in Abscisic Acid and P-Coumaric Acid:
-
Indulge in imported or organic figs and fig spreads.
-
Enjoy organic or imported carob in powder or chip form.
-
Delight in imported or heritage variety fava beans.
-
Consider taking a B-1 and molybdenum or NAC supplement. Thiamine can counteract the Gibberellic Acid and helps with oxidative stress. Molybdenum and NAC support the detoxification of aldehydes, which can build up, affect liver function, and trigger the sensory receptors in a loop effect.
Alternately,-
Opt for highly processed white bread, as it is easier to digest when your digestive system is irritated.
-
Select bread made without malted barley flour.
-
Enjoy imported beer, wine, and spirits.
-
The industrial forms of proteases are highly potent and enduring catalysts that can agitate the digestive tract, much like synthetic vitamin A. When the epithelial lining of the digestive tract is compromised, it can result in a condition known as "leaky gut," which undermines the tract's protective barrier function.
A leaky gut can lead to digestive and immune disruptions, causing food and environmental allergies, asthma, and inflammatory conditions. When coupled with chronic stress, it can provoke immune hypersensitivity, ultimately culminating in the onset of autoimmune diseases.Do your best to choose the following foods and supplements:
-
When selecting cheese products, opt for those made with traditional animal or vegetable rennet. Traditional animal rennet is preferred over vegetable rennet, which can be derived naturally from thistle plants or produced synthetically. Many brands do not specify which type of rennet they use, and about ninety percent of cheese produced in the United States is made using synthetic enzymes.
-
When it comes to breads and starches, carefully read the labels and avoid those that use enzymes in production.
-
Many meat packers use papain and other synthetic enzymes to tenderize meats. For the best quality, choose fresh meats from farms or butchers. Cryovac meats often contain added gases, "seasonings," and tenderizers.
-
Proteolytic enzymes are utilized in the production process of protein powders. Opt for natural, whole forms of protein. If these are difficult to digest, process them into ground meats initially. Once your digestive system heals, you will be able to digest proteins, carbohydrates, and fats normally again.
-
Please remember the following guidelines:
1. Choose easily digestible forms of meat, such as ground beef.
2. Opt for lighter proteins, such as fish, beans, and full-fat dairy products.
3. Consume smaller portions of protein.
4. Consume the protein with some fats to provide energy to help heal any irritated tissue.
5. Use Famotidine as an acid reducer. We do not recommend continuous use of acid reducers, but we recommend them when the digestive system is upset. The only brand we recommend is Pepcid because, in addition to reducing the acid that causes heartburn and indigestion, it also reduces the release of inflammatory cytokines by increasing vagus nerve signals. This has a dual effect, as activation of the vagus nerve balances the stress response.
